Bianca wants to escape. She's been uprooted from her small hometown and enrolled at Evernight Academy, an eerie Gothic boarding school where the students are somehow too perfect: smart, sleek, and almost predatory. Bianca knows she doesn't fit in.

I thought it's about time that I share one of my personal favorites. Guys, I love this book! Yes, it is a vampire romance/love triangle thing, but it would be a pure crime to compare it to Twilight. Its writing is so much better and more pure. Also, the romance, is awesome! It's frustrating, pure, effortless, and all the way amazing. What Lucas and Bianca have is the kind of romance that keeps teen girls (like moi) awake at night wishing they could have that kind of love.
This book has everything for a great scifi romance: creepy castles, teenagers, romance, and...vampires. This mesh just works! It's honestly amazing. The best thing..... all the books are already out. You don't have to wait!! (The sequels are kind of random, but they're still good!!) What was really amazing for me was the wicked curveball the author throws at you in the middle of the book. I promise you you'll be going "WHAT?!" Not all books can make people scream like that. It takes real talent. Please, do a girl a favor and just read it! Plot: 4.75/5 stars Cover: 1.75/5 stars -Katie
