This book is really strange. I enjoyed it, but you really have to keep reading even when it gets really strange. There are some things that are hard to understand and some things that are flat out weird. It is full of mystery like you might expect from the cover, and there is definitely suspense. Tandy is the main character and she becomes the most effective investigator in the murder case. While trying to solve the murder, she finds out many tings about herself and her family. She remembers events she previously had no memory of. She uncovers many, many scandals among her family members. She continues to get leads on who the murderer's identity that turn out to be dead ends. This book gives readers a glimpse into Tandy's strange life where nothing is known for certain.

Read this book if you want to find out part of the mystery of the Angel family and the murder of Malcolm and Maud Angel. When it get really weird, stick with it.
