Top Ten Tuesday: For Those Non- Readers!

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by Broke and Bookish. This week, the topic is a rewind, so I chose "top ten books you'd hand to someone who say they don't like to read." One of my missions in life is to recommend as many good books to people as I can, and if I turn a non-reader into a reader, well, that would just make my day. The thing about these books is that they have to be packed full of interest, or said non-readers would give up on them.

Divergent (Divergent, #1)1. Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling: Harry Potter is a series that would be wonderful for all ages.

2. The Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins: I know from a personal experience that even non-readers flock to the library to get this book. I mean, it's so epic! Also, it's appealing to guys (which in YA is quite the accomplishment).

3. Divergent by Veronica Roth: Especially for those Hunger Games fan where don't know where to head next!

4. Hex Hall series by Rachel Hawkins: Fluffy, witty, and just awesome!

Hex Hall (Hex Hall, #1)
5. Percy Jackson and the Olympians series by Rick Riordan: Gosh, I don't know anyone who would hate this series!

6. Twilight by Stephanie Meyer: I know that a lot of readers I know hate Twilight, but hey, it's what got me into reading in the first place!

7. The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare: This just might be biased... 'cause I loooovvee it!

Paranormalcy (Paranormalcy, #1)8. The Fault in Our Stars by John Green: What? You thought I'd do a post recommending books and not recommend some Green? Only those days when the sky is purple and made of hedgehogs.

9. Just Listen by Sarah Dessen: This book would be good for girls who like fluffy feel-good movies.

10. Paranormalcy by Kiersten White: I can't come up with a reason, so just trust me on this one.
